My journey into composting started simply. I wanted to reduce kitchen waste. What I didn’t expect was how transformative composting at home would feel. Watching food scraps turn into rich, living soil changed the way I see waste, gardens and even my own daily habits.
What began as curiosity slowly grew into a deep interest in indoor composting, small space compost solutions, and practical home compost systems that actually work in real life. Not everyone has a big backyard. Not everyone wants complicated setups. I certainly didn’t.
Along the way, I also started exploring a more overlooked area of waste: pet waste composting. For many households, dog waste is a daily reality, yet most of it ends up in landfill. Learning how to manage pet waste safely and responsibly opened up another layer of sustainable living I hadn’t considered before.
